How we handle your data

What we collect. Account details (email, role, date of birth for athletes), profile content you add yourself (stats, film, academics), and activity needed to run the platform — messages, saved schools, recruiting tracker entries, and who viewed a profile.

Who can see it.An athlete's profile is only visible to coaches once it's published, and only a verified coach can message an athlete or request a confidential reference. A linked guardian can see every message sent to an athlete under 18.

Billing. Payment is processed by Stripe — we store your subscription status, not your card details.

Deleting your account.Athletes and coaches can delete their own account at any time from their profile page. Deleting removes your profile, photo, contact details and the other personal content you added, and your account is anonymized. For safety, message history between athletes and coaches is retained (a linked guardian can still read it), as are guardian consent records and billing and safety records, none of which show your name, email or contact details afterwards. Guardians and anyone who can't use the profile page can ask us to process a deletion.
